Wrestlers who are hungry, competitive and want to build upon previous successes, who
continually seek improvement out of themselves, understand that they must be willing to put
the time into, not only their wrestling, but other areas that will strengthen mind and body.
That time for most starts during the pre-season phase of training.
This crucial stage of training will get your mind and body strong to withstand the grueling
scholastic dual meet/tournament schedule, ultimately for an injury free, peak performance
season. It will consist of strength and conditioning, flexibility, speed and agility, hill
sprinting, resistance and kettlebells, and of course wrestling.
