i know i am biased having watched lewnes wrestle since junior league but you gotta go to the cornell web site and see the video of him against letts. he took him down at will and had him on the ropes the whole match. if lewnes is ranked number 2 going against number 4 then i pitty anyone who wrestles against the number 1. also can there be that much of a difference between number 2 and 4 that letts gets beat so soundly? i think last years ncaa has mack on a misson and i pitty anyone who gets in his way to the finals. great day for the terps and hats off to them. i dont think they have had a national champion since klein in 1967 when i was there and they have the talent now to have several. high powered wrestling comes to the east coast baby!!

I just posted under the Md/Cornell thread. Mack looked very sharp. His riding and ease of escapes are a nice improvement on last year. I think he's sharp, but I also think Letts gave up about 2nd period. Hope Mack stays healthy. Rough luck last year at NCAAs last year, but I agree with you. If this is just his first big showing... stay out of his way.
